Early Childhood Educator Acknowledgements

The Peguis Free Spirits Child Care Centre proudly acknowledges the two Early Childhood Educators within our centre: Jillian Birdsbill & Dorothy Hudson!

Jillian Birdbill began with the centre the summer of 2023.

She chose the Peguis daycare to be her first workplace as she recently graduated from her ECE program in spring of 2023.

Jillian brings passion for child development and professionalism in caring for and teaching children. She can have a variety of conversations with parents and ensures their children are always safe. She is a talkative, fun-loving person and is a devoted Peguis Jr. B fan. The centre is blessed she chose our daycare as her first place of work.

Dorothy Hudson is our newest Early Childhood Educator who completed her last practicum this spring 2025. She has patience and persistence in working with children to ensure they succeed in their milestones.

Dorothy engages with children in a soft and empathetic nature, creating a safe and nurturing environment for all. She is down-to-earth, humble and kind—and an amazing mommy to her son, Rowan. The centre is grateful she’s started her ECE career with us.
